Workouts are part of a healthy lifestyle you cannot afford to miss because you love the sound of weight loss, the vigor it baths your muscles and bones, the skin glory and the help it gives to your energy. But sometimes, you find yourself struggling with inconsistency and your work out lifestyle starves, now don’t go hard on yourself because I’m here to help you out with other options.
You know as an Ethiopian married and living in Amsterdam part of my European dream was to live the healthy life because I’m passionate about healthy living and I have an understanding of how tough it can be, keeping up with exercises when you have a demanding and sometimes unpredictable schedule for some days. These and more are the many factors that get in the way of a religious work out.
For this reason, I also recommend workout from home for people who find it impossible keeping up with their gym appointments, or some simply cannot feel at home around the gym. When you have any of these phobias or inabilities, don’t frustrate your healthy standards, start the workouts at home and stay sound always.

Fix schedules with a calendar. I’ve always trusted my schedules to calendar reminders and phone reminders too, you know what? Get a to-do list It never fails. So instead of planning on your mind mark out the days you will like to flex your muscles and let the calendar remind you.
Dedicate a place/room for it. I have my yoga mat spread on the room next to my bedroom where I sweat out in the mornings I choose for myself. You can have yours anywhere you like and a place you will be reminded of your work out dates when you walk past it as your calendar does.
Your friends can join you. I always enjoy the company of my friends when working out because they motivate a great deal. So, with your friends as your teammate, procrastination doesn’t stand a chance.
Make up your mind to win. Yes, set goals for your workout, even with your friends help you need to be determined to keep every date with it. I often remind myself of the benefits that await me each time I feel a little lazy, you can do that too.
Get online guides. Once your mind is set on your goals the next thing to do is to get a guide. Since you do not have an instructor like the traditional gym, surf the web and get videos, tutorials and pictures to guide you.
Your kids can help too. Apart from those guides, your ready company are the people in your house. I enjoy having my son jump on my back as I do the plank if you have kids the fun is even funnier.
But why work out from home?
I love the freedom to wear whatever I like at home and dig it out as I like, you will love this too I promise. Even when my makeup or hair is a wreck it doesn’t bother my work out, now it’s getting sweeter, isn’t it? Weird is the fun, oh yeah! When you don’t have an instructor screaming his throat out on you, you just tumble, roll on the floor like you don’t care, you are sweating, so it’s alright. The floor is germs free yes, you can trust it because it’s all yours after all. So no worries about the commercial gym floor Plus, you don’t have to cue up for the after gym shower time. You can also dance amidst the squats, just feel free to do whatever you want without taking routine instructions.
So you see, you no longer need to view work out like some impossible task and deny yourself the incredible gains your dear body craves for.
