Damn, that’s a lot of questions and suggestions. I’m definitely not entirely spot-on about what you might be thinking. It’s likely going be along these lines anyway. But Life isn’t so hard. Healthy is soon going to become part of your life right? That shouldn’t make it any harder.
One important thing I have learned in my journey as a person who takes health very seriously is that it is a habit developed over time. You can’t keep paying someone to get yelled at… NAH! That won’t work if you’re really looking forward to being healthy for a long time.
